Georgina Fleming - Founder & Country Manager UK & USA
Georgina is a venture capital investor by day, working at Systemiq Capital where she invests in climatetech entrepreneurs.
By night, she brings her knowledge of tech and entrepreneurship to promote these same skills among talented but underprivileged youths. Her paternal family is from Zimbabwe.

Linda Matiwaza - Country Manager USA
Linda is the Founder and Curator for Seventh Row, an online shop that stocks vintage and African artisan-made pieces. She is a native of Zimbabwe and currently resides in the USA. Linda has a passion for the development of underprivileged youths in Zimbabwe.

Charles Fleming - Senior Advisor and Board Member USA
Charles Fleming is a communications consultant and former journalist who lives and works in France.
Charles has been a member of the ZOF board since incorporation. He grew up in Zimbabwe and remains deeply attached to the country of his youth.

Alon Caspi - Finance & Operations UK
Alon spent his formative years in Zimbabwe before obtaining a degree in economics in London. Alon returned to Zimbabwe post-independence where he worked in a family business.

Timon Rückel - Entrepreneurship Programme Development
Timon’s background is at the interface of software engineering and business. He works for SYSTEMIQ, a company dedicated to change our current systems to sustainable ones. By engaging for ZOF Africa, he tries his best to enable the youth in Zimbabwe to become purposeful entrepreneurs and system change leaders themselves such that the country can thrive from within.

Media Tazarurwa - Big Sister Programme Coordinator
Media was born in Zimbabwe and raised in Emerald Hill. Media studied Food Science and Nutrition BSc Hon’s Degree with Midlands State University, and currently works at National Foods as a Quality Analyst focusing on new products and process innovation.

Takunda Chingonzo - Board Member UK
Takunda has spent the last 10 years working in the Innovation Ecosystem in Southern Africa and has experience in supporting start-ups and small businesses in Zimbabwe. He is the founder of an Innovation Hub and is passionate about developing talent through digital skilling for the youth. As a board member Takunda brings his expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship to support the ZOF Africa’s vision and grand ambition.

Fanny Morrison - Social Media Manager
Fanny, who has lived in Germany and France, is currently in high school and will soon complete her junior and senior years in the USA. With a global perspective, she is dedicated to pursuing higher education. Fanny manages ZOF's social media presence, driven by her belief in equal access to education for all. At ZOF, she strives to amplify voices and foster a community dedicated to educational equity.
